So I just renewed fatboyslimmer.com for another year, so you guys are all stuck with me!
Next year when my tumblr turns 2 I will repost all the messages, and we can see how far we have gotten!

Today’s Effort: So far I have done a hard legs work out and some cardio. Had my protein shake as well.
Tip: Getting enough sleep is essential to losing weight. If you don’t sleep, your body doesn’t get a chance to do all the necessary tasks it has to do to keep you at your peak!
