Today’s Effort: So far I have done a hard legs work out and some cardio. Had my protein shake as well.

Tip: Getting enough sleep is essential to losing weight. If you don’t sleep, your body doesn’t get a chance to do all the necessary tasks it has to do to keep you at your peak!

Hopefully next year I will be celebrating losing 30kg instead of gaining 2.7! :P Hope everyone has an awesome day, and I look forward to a lot of asks ;) http://www.fatboyslimmer.com/ask
