I started my blog two years ago.
Last year I wrote a pretty big post, and this year won’t be any different! =P
fatboyslimmer.com was of course renewed yet again for another year.
Last year I had gone up 2.7kg to 115kg, but this year I am down 10kg to 105kg (as of this morning) which is so fantastic!!
That is 15.3kg down in total since my highest in June.
I can’t tell you how I felt last year, but I can definitely tell you how I feel this year!

Just to put my weight loss in perspective, here is a picture comparing me from May to Thursday:

The fact that I now feel comfortable enough to post up a progress pic like this with my face on it is CRAY. The fact that I have dropped two jeans sizes in this picture and the change in my body is ALL THE CRAY.
I feel so much happier now that I am achieving everything I want. I’m doing so much more fitness wise and food wise now that I would never have dreamed of a year ago. From finishing my first race to trying bikram yoga (thanks again ToBeWonderWoman), I am completely different mentally and physically.
This morning I finally tried the 1000 Steps with Fitspreme.

The fact that I didn’t struggle up and was like “That was awesome - let’s do it again” (you’ll thank me later for that second time up Fitspreme hehe) and being fit enough to do it was such a good feeling.
My goals now are to just keep pushing myself and get to my goal weight. I’m not aiming for a box gap, but I aiming to put on some muscle and thin out heaps more and eventually lose my gut.
I would keep crapping on but I am about to drive up to Ballarat to collect my race bib for tomorrow’s 11km run!
So in finishing, just wanted to say thanks to you all, you guys keep me going and this time I won’t be flaking out. I love how now I know I will achieve this and know what I need to keep going.
