I struggled hard.
My body was aching before I got in there, and trying to do those postures destroyed me.
I discovered I have bruises on my knees from Saturday (as opposed to all the cuts I can see), and my neck/shoulders still feel strained.
But I pushed through and did all the poses. Pretty sure I sweated out all the lactic acid. Stunk so bad haha.
Time to chill back with a cup of ACV & water, then sleepy time before weigh in.
