Weightbot allows me to look at my weight loss in a week, month or even year layout.

My goals slowly change over time depending on what happens but these are what they are at the moment:

100kg by my 25th birthday (Apr 30th)
95kg by July 31st
90kg by Oct 31st
85kg by Christmas (Dec 25th)
80kg by my 26th birthday (Apr 30th 2013)

I think I should be able to do better than that, but that is I guess my base line.

The graph shows my current goal in red, my weight loss in blue, and the current average in the dotted blue. Need some bigger loses to tilt that line and hit my first goal.

Updated my goals list.

I want to get to 75kg in 291 days time. I’m currently hovering just over 110kg. That’s 35kg in 291 days time. Just over 0.84kg a week for the next 41 weeks.

I can do that. I will do this. I have the love and support of all my best friends, and I am learning to open up more about it with my friends.

Opening up with my family about it… that is another story.

Time to work my ass off.

Things I really should try as I get older:

  • Sky diving
  • Snowboarding
  • Scuba diving

This is a basic post at the moment, but it will grow as I think of things I want to try and do!

So I think I’m getting addicted to the idea of running, thanks to the Nike+ iPhone app. I blame Thinspire Me as she showed me it! I might go for another run tonight.

I’ve also decided on some goals with my running. I want to be able to run 5km in 40min by the end of November. And in December, I want to be able to run 5km in 30min, although 35min would still be an alright result.

And I have been looking to local meets. Already a friend and I have planned to enter one “race” in Feburary. It’s not a very long one, only 3.87km but there are a few others I am looking at. Looking at the start of a new era for FatBoySlimmer! Actually excited about running, looking at races? Geez, not like me at all. Well, the old me.

We’ll see how I go tonight! Gonna have to get some new headphones before I go though, can’t believe I broke mine on Saturday! Worst luck ever!
