Don’t even think I have changed, but here you guys go, as I promised last month.
I know that next month my updated photo will show more change, honest!
Okay so a little bit of a back story.
I’ve been up and down with weight loss. The first pic is from 26th Oct 2011, where I weighed in at 114.8kg. I was being pretty average at the gym and eating what I thought was healthy.
Over Christmas, I took a 3 week break off of gym and hit 117.4kg. I had partied for new years and was just feeling miserable and disgusting.
So I started back up at the gym, and then decided to attempt classes. Body pump and RPM.
And now as of 15th Feb 2012 I am losing weight and toning at the same time. Currently sitting on 114.3kg.
Although it is only 1/2 kg difference in these photos, you can see how my body is starting to shape up a bit, especially in the chest (*cough* man pecks). Now for those who read this that know me outside of Tumblr, you probably know that when I go swimming I always wear a shirt or singlet because I hate to let people see me even half-naked. Even posting this was a bit was a bit “hmm”.
I’m hoping that on the 14th March 2012 I can take another photo and notice even more change, and that I will feel more comfortable posting up on here.

I’m watching the second episode of Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition, and it is about a 23 year old kid who is struggling with his loss. He was over 200 pounds overweight. I am only 80 pounds overweight. The episode just finished and he lost 216 pounds!
Relatively speaking, I am a metric system boy. Last week I was 110.7kg. Tomorrow I will weigh myself again, and I will set myself a goal of 85kg. Once I reach that I will look at a 2nd goal of ~75kg.
Do I set my goal target date to be my birthday, or this date next year?
